Conveniently set in the 10th arr. District of Paris, Avalon Cosy Hotel Paris is located 300 metres from Gare du Nord, less than 1 km from Gare de l'Est and a 10-minute walk from La Cigale Concert... Nemo was really really nice. He‘s very accommodating. Everything is perfect in this hotel. My room, my balcony, my bathtub with balcony as well. Definitely 5 star service for me.

I loved everything about this hotel! Exceptionally clean, modern, well-thought out, good size, new furniture, very comfortable bed, Nespresso machine, good breakfast, great value, and easy check-in. It is slightly off of where typical tourists may stay in Paris so you have to be ok with that.

Modern hotel exceptionally clean and welcoming with drinks and snacks available in the lobby. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Location between 2 trains’ stations was ideal. Everything was easy to access and easy to use. (No noise from the trains in our room. Very Well soundproofed) The room was nice, very good value. Sheets were awesome and good quality. (Booked the premium room) Free sweets, tea and coffee with good quality 24/24 A terrific restaurant had our dinner twice in 4 nights. Very nice decoration during Christmas Will definitely come back

May 24-hour front desk, ang hotel na ito ay 120 metro mula sa Gare du Nord Metro Station na direktang papunta sa Saint-Michel district. The location is quite convenient, if you arrive by train to Gare du Nord. Nice rooms and breakfast, the staff is very friendly and professional.
