L'Arveyron Open House wordt omgeven door bomen en ligt tegenover de Mont Blanc, op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum van Chamonix. Breakfast was good with lots of different options for both vegetarians as well as Non-vegetarians. It is located next to a stream and has lots of beautiful walking paths starting from there. Many good restaurants are nearby and it also has an inhouse restaurant so you can relax and have Dinner at the same place where you are staying. It is close to the Chamonix Lez Praz Station and also to La Flegere Gondola & L'Index Lift. You can also walk for about 15-20 minutes to Chamonix Mont Blank conveniently from there. Staff was very friendly and good. Room had all the necessary amenities with a balcony facing the mountains.

Hotel Le Castel heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Chamonix. A lovely hotel, very charming with a spacious beautiful room (room #1) and a big bathroom, very unusual for ski resort hotels at any level. Benoit was an awesome and warm host, kind and attentive at all times. We loved our stay at Hotel le Castel. Breakfast was homey and fresh. Great location with a 45-second walk to Flagere gondola and the bus stop at our doorstep! Highly recommended.

It was a great stay. The concierge was accommodating and helped outside of business hours as well. Enough kitchen utensils. Two refrigerators (one small, one medium). Chamonix center is a 7-minute drive by car.
