It is close to the Chamonix Lez Praz Station and also to La Flegere Gondola & L'Index Lift. You can also walk for about 15-20 minutes to Chamonix Mont Blank conveniently from there. Staff was very friendly and good. Room had all the necessary amenities with a balcony facing the mountains.

A lovely hotel, very charming with a spacious beautiful room (room #1) and a big bathroom, very unusual for ski resort hotels at any level. Benoit was an awesome and warm host, kind and attentive at all times. We loved our stay at Hotel le Castel. Breakfast was homey and fresh. Great location with a 45-second walk to Flagere gondola and the bus stop at our doorstep! Highly recommended.
