Surrounded by trees, L'Arveyron Open House is located opposite the Mont Blanc mountain range, a 20-minute walk from the centre of Chamonix. Great stay, 10 mins walk from the main city center so you can escape the crowds.

Hotel Les Lanchers is located a 3-minute walk from the Flegère cable car, providing access to the Chamonix ski area and hiking trails. Fantastic spacious room with a private balcony with a view of Mont Blanc towering above. It was a room upgrade otherwise we wouldn't have experienced this - it was wonderful. Hotel run by young people, all friendly and extremely helpful - friendly young woman told us how to get into Chamonix (bus right outside which was great) and supplied a card which allowed us to ride the buses for free (due to having paid the local taxes). Noticed they did packed lunches for folk getting up early to hike. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

It was a great stay. The concierge was accommodating and helped outside of business hours as well. Enough kitchen utensils. Two refrigerators (one small, one medium). Chamonix center is a 7-minute drive by car.
