The staff, especially the girls working in reception, were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is really clean and very well maintained. The location is superb for exploring the old part of the city. We had a wonderful visit.

The unique Caro Hotel is housed in a 19th-century palace in central Valencia, just 200 metres from Valencia Cathedral. I thought eveything was pretty much excellent. I thought the staff were super helpful and friendly and always helped when needed and were also very attentive. The location was really nice discrete and closed quiet street while also being a 5 minute walk from from several landmarks in Valencia.
