I accidently forgot my passport in the safe. They called me right away and helped me to coordinate the pick-up with a courier service. Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Hotel Axel San Sebastián – Adults Only położony jest w San Sebastián i oferuje zakwaterowanie wyłącznie dla osób dorosłych. The hotel is great. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The location is comfortable. There is a kettle in the room, thank you for it. Also in the hotel there is a free spa with sauna and hamam and the gym. The facilities are great, everything was clean and comfy.

Intelier Victoria położony jest w mieście San Sebastián, 4 minuty spacerem od promenady La Concha. Na miejscu Goście mają do dyspozycji taras. The location was excellent! The rooms, though small, were spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds, nice toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. I had a lovely terrace with city views. I didn't have breakfast, but other people I was traveling with did and I hear it was fine.
