Spacious, simple, clean and new room. Large bathroom as well. The staff contacted us beforehand to facilitate our entrance (we let ourselves in and out as we came and left very early). Also the free coffee and cakes in the entrance is very kind. Good, quiet location that is 10-15 minutes from old town. Our room had a nice yard view.

Easy to get to considering all of the one-way streets but good location a short walk across the river to the old town and most of the main attractions, pintxo bars, restaurants, shops, and the Basque museum. Convenient market across the street and a lot of cafes in the surrounding neighborhood of Gros. Free coffee and sodas in the lounge all afternoon. We went out for breakfast because we wanted to go to the highly-recommended-and-well-worth-it chocolate and churros place in the old town--Churreria Sant Lucia.

Welcome to Hotel Donosti! Nestled in between the hilltops and trees of the residential outskirts of San Sebastián, this old Basque Villa now serves as a small Boutique Hotel. Trevligt bemötande. De ringde när jag satt i bilen och berättade att de inte skulle vara kvar när jag kom men hälsade välkommen och gav info plus ett telnummer att ringa om det skulle behövas. Rummet var ordnat med omsorg som tanke.
