Situated in Málaga, 3.3 km from Picasso Museum and 3.3 km from Jorge Rando Museum, Casa mirador Perea features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Esther is very nice and responsive. Convenient parking just in front of the house. Easy Check in and check out with flexible timings ( we had to leave at 4am). We had a very short stay but the apartment was very clean and confortable. I liked the personal contact with Esther, her recommandations and the welcome goodies.

It's quiet and local area, with easy access to Malaga city center and surrounding towns by car (a bus stop is close by too but we didn't try it this time). Own parking place in the garage is great! Lots of different keys and doors, but the host showed and explained everything very well :)

Location a little far from the city center but is well connected by a few bus lines (or 10-15 minutes by taxi). Check-in and check-out process went really well and the host was very helpful.

The area of Casa Juan was very family friendly, very safe had lots of shops,cafes,restaurants has a market on Thursdays,The staff in Retrogusto and the food were fabulous, would highly recommend, Casa Anita and the pizzeria just up from it looked after us also,Casa Juan was great for our family of 9,plenty space,we had Breakfast every morning in the back Garden after visiting the local bakery shops,we visited Malaga ever day by taking the No 2 bus in ,the bus stop is just around the corner,so it was very easy to access the city centre,we visited the botanical garden with the Christmas lights, which is approximately 25 minutes walk.Our host Antonio met us on arrival and explained everything to us,Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend Casa Juan,we hope to return.
