Very good and helpful staff! Location was perfect! Right by the metro station, 10 min to city centre with the metro and 15 min to the airport with the metro. Perfect location for Barcelona!

Featuring a gym, Alexandre Fira Congress hotel is located close to Barcelona's Fira Exhibition Centre and only 10 minutes' drive from Barcelona El Prat Airport. I like everything but the best of the best was the staff working there. I have been with a group of 20 American people and the two people working there, Pedro, and the other one from Argentina, who I do not remember his name, made our trip much much much easier. Having people working at the front desk like them created a good atmosphere in my group. Everything was really fast and they were extremely helpful at every single time. Top people, amazing workers. Really professional. I travel around Europe with a lot of groups and in Fira Congress always it is ver easy. Home sweet home

The staff was super friendly and helpful at the hotel and other facilities, we had a Business Partner- dinner at the Restaurant Terrum and the service was excellent! The staff was excellent, they really made our night a success! Our special thanks and warm wishes to Carlos, who served us at the bar located to lobby area, he is a true gem, we remember his Passion Mojito's and friendly attitude, hope he will be there when we come next time! Lovely stay for 4 nights in Barcelona, the room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Bed was nice and firm and shower had decent water pressure. TV & air conditioning in the room. Hair dryer available at the front desk. Water station downstairs to fill up your bottles. Staff were helpful and friendly. Supermarket within 5 minutes walk, there’s a nice restaurant attached to the building and a cafe 1 min walk (E Moli Cafe) that does a great cheap breakfast. Conveniently located with bus stops and metro station 2 min walk, easily takes you into the city centre and main attractions in 20-30 mins. For the price and considering the area, we thought it was great value and would recommend to couples, friends or families.
