Exceptional stay! We felt like we were staying with family. They took great care to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They treat you like you are the only guest. In addition, they arranged tours, and transportation. Their tours are the best price around. Everyone was very kind. Our meals were exceptional.

Location was amazing, you can see pyramids from the window of your room and there was rooftop lounge where you can chill and see the pyramids. Staff was very helpful. They take care of all our need during the stay.

The view of the pyramids. It has the best view and probably the closest view to the pyramids and the gates of the entrance of the pyramids are probably 50m away . Outside the gates of property is little dusty but that normal because you walking to the pyramids. Mohammed replies quick and is super helpful. Theres another Mohammed who works for him and I asked him about restaurants close by and he walked me directly to the restaurant. Honestly service was better than the 5 star hotels I stayed at . If I come back I’ll definitely stay here

The hotel is beautiful and new and the furnishings are new. Cleanliness. There is great attention to cleanliness. It is close to the pyramids. The terrace is very beautiful. There is a restaurant overlooking the pyramids. We booked one night and spent the rest of the days in the hotel. The staff are friendly and smiling.
