I want to thank the hotel staff for the early check-in and late check-out! The reception managers are amazing! our plans changed all the time. they met us halfway and made concessions to us. on the day of departure we went to the wrong place. There was an error in ordering a taxi. and got stuck in a heavy traffic jam. We were late leaving. but they waited for us. the child forgot his headphones and personal belongings. They called us and everything was returned. This is a very clean hotel with wonderful staff. amazing breakfasts and location. but the most important thing is the managers. They're on top. real professionals. we were so tired. it was dirty and hot in the city. but our hotel is an oasis in the desert. always clean, always greeted with a smile and ready to help in any situation.

We could actually lay in bed and look at the Great Pyramid ! What more could you want? Easy walk to see pyramids and sphinx. We walked to the Sphinx end 10mins or so spent the day at the pyramids returned totally exhausted from the great pyramid end which was 10mins walk. In the morning we sat out on the patio in front of the Pyramid.

There is a restaurant overlooking the pyramids. We booked one night and spent the rest of the days in the hotel. The staff are friendly and smiling.
