The reception managers are amazing! our plans changed all the time. they met us halfway and made concessions to us. on the day of departure we went to the wrong place. There was an error in ordering a taxi. and got stuck in a heavy traffic jam. We were late leaving. but they waited for us. the child forgot his headphones and personal belongings. They called us and everything was returned. This is a very clean hotel with wonderful staff. amazing breakfasts and location. but the most important thing is the managers. They're on top. real professionals. we were so tired. it was dirty and hot in the city. but our hotel is an oasis in the desert. always clean, always greeted with a smile and ready to help in any situation.

We walked to the Sphinx end 10mins or so spent the day at the pyramids returned totally exhausted from the great pyramid end which was 10mins walk. In the morning we sat out on the patio in front of the Pyramid.
