Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food. We were really satisfied with everything.We recommend it to everyone,we would go back anytime. Ágnes and Loren

The Makadi Spa Hotel - Couples Only 18 Years Plus se găsește în Hurghada, la 17 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Fort Arabesque, și are o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată... Service and facilities are amazing. We stayed in one of the rooms with a sea view and it didn't disappoint, beautiful view to wake up to and right next to the beach. The vibe of Makadi spa is very calm and relaxing, since it's couples only and they don't have loud music blasting at night. Any music playing in the public areas is calm and tranquil which we liked as this holiday was all about chilling out for us. There are a few sister hotels on either side that have more lively entertainment in the evenings that you can walk over to if that's your thing. The Snorkelling on the house reef is incredible, really healthy coral and lots of fish right on your doorstep. We also did a bit of diving with the onsite dive centre which was very good, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is an onsite spa run by a 3rd party that does great massages, although it is a little pricey. We enjoyed the food and service from all the staff was exceptional. Our favourite of the a la carte restaurants was the Italian so don't skip that. Special shout out to Hanna who really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay as much as possible.

Jaz Makadi Saraya se află la doar 400 de metri de plajă şi oferă camere cu balcon privat mobilat. Are piscine încălzite în aer liber. Simply perfect in everything, food, cleanliness, staff friendly, and specially reception staff extremely helpful and friendly (Mohamed mansoura and Mr. Tal'at). Definitely will repeat it again and would recommend it to everyone.

Serenity Beach Resort este un complex în stil marocan situat pe o plajă privată, la 38 km sud de Hurghada. Oferă unități de cazare de 5 stele, cu vedere la Marea Roșie, 5 piscine și 3 restaurante. Everything went as great as possible. The front desk manager Mohamed Sobhi was very helpful and attended our every needs without hesitation. The staff is lovely and courteous. Service above and beyond.
