Ok where to star from we came with 3 families and had a very fast and smooth check in and given us the best rooms they had available the manager himself Mahmoud and the staff at reception was excellent and give us the best welcome and helped us out with late check out and took away all the stress I had for my late check out specially I had kids. I can never than you guys enough l.This hotel is a full entertainment hotel wonderful animation team Wasem Alex Lilly and the kids club guys and a few more that I forgot the name wow wonderful guys. Kitchen staff was amazing the chefs were personally coming and asking if we liked the food and introducing Egyptian food Ahmed the chef manager became like a family and had so much laugh at restaurant and made our holiday very special. The food is different everyday and lots of different delicious options to choose and eat from.i will definitely come again and again to this hotel. All I can say come and see it for yourself for family couples they have everything and if you want to see in video I will upload the video on my sons YouTube channel soon you will see it and love it.

From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food.
