Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

This hotel offers free internet terminals, a 24-hour bar and air-conditioned rooms with desk. It is a 5-minute underground ride from Stuttgart city centre and Stuttgart Main Station. I recently booked a stay at the ibis Hotel Stuttgart City for my parents, and I wanted to share our experience. Overall, the hotel met and, in some areas, exceeded our expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for their visit to Stuttgart. The cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenient location of the hotel contributed to a very positive stay. In conclusion, our experience at the ibis Hotel Stuttgart City was largely positive, marked by professional staff and excellent accommodations.
