Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theatre and university. In just the right place for us with excellent rooms. Good breakfast but also the hotel looks on to a market square with several bakeries and a café. There is a small market on a saturday.

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. An exceptional boutique hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in. We had the pleasure of staying in the “Prestige Suite” and we were blown away by the decor in the room. We easily spent the first 30 minutes just exploring every inch of the room, as it was an interior designers dream! However, the best part had to have been the customer service. It was phenomenal and the front desk was extremely welcoming. They made sure we were enjoying ourselves and were available for any questions we may have had. I’m sad I can’t remember their names, but all of them deserve praise and recognition! Additionally, my husband left his shirt in the room and we received an email from Isabell stating that they would ship us the forgotten shirt! Excellent customer service even after we left! If in Heidelberg, we will stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel-Pension Berger is located a just a few minutes' walk from the historic district of Heidelberg. It offers free WiFi, a garden and a seasonal outdoor pool. This is a special place. Walking distance to everything, also though the tram is 2 mins up the road. The owner/operator was very kind and made me feel right at home. I’ll come back to this one for sure!

Set in a historic building dating back the turn of the 20th century in the romantic city of Heidelberg, this rustic-style hotel boasts modern rooms with traditional charm. Absolutely a wonderful stay! Attention to the small details add charm, comfort, and value. One of the cleanest and most relaxed stays we’ve had in the past year. Breakfast is definitely a standout! Location is in a peaceful quiet area yet an easy short 10-15 minute walk to the old part of Heidelberg. Communication with property manager was thorough and efficient. Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!

Both kitchens were spacious and equipped enough to sit us all around the table. we had a great time.
