This hotel is centrally located next to the Altona train station. Here at the hotel you are only a few train (S-Bahn) stops away from Hamburg’s main tourist and cultural attractions. The location can't be beat for convenience to rail or transit, and we were very impressed by the effectiveness of the sound proofing compared to opening the window, in our room overlooking busy railroad tracks not far below. The room was simple, but clean and modern. Having a fridge and the use of an elevator were big plusses too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The house is near the train but I didn't notice it during the night and I've slept very well. The house is closed also to a supermarket. In the room there are different flyers of the city of Hamburg, good for tourists.
