We had a very warm and lovely welcome. Wherever you look there are nice greetings, personal photos of the staff having fun with the guests, it’s super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are modern and designed woth an eye on the details. Everything was clean and working. They have a hotel bar and offer a nice variety of drinks and snacks to take up to the rooms. Couldn’t do it any better! Great value for price!

Zoo and center are very close. Subway station right behind the corner. Rooms are very quiet, even with opened windows you will barely hear trains. Very nice stuff, friendly and helpful. Especially the polyglot man, so ashamed that didn't ask his name.

It is a very modern concept of hotel and you feel it since the moment you reach the hotel's door. The staff is very friendly and supportive; since they knew I was there for work, they gave me a room which would be less noisy (it was not noisy at all). It was very clean and comfortable. When entering to the room the TV was on with a welcome message with my name, it was a simple detail but made me smile.

The location was perfect for accessing public transportation, grocery store, pharmacy and various restaurants! It was clean, quiet, updated and the free soft drinks in the mini bar every day was a bonus!

Just a 10-minute tram ride from Frankfurt’s Römer square and city centre, this design hotel near the Ostbahnhof Train Station enjoys easy access to the Frankfurt Trade Fair and Frankfurt Airport. Staff are courteous especially the staff serving the breakfast they are very accommodating.
