Sofa bed is excellent quality. Each Staff Member we encountered, check-in and check-out, breakfast room and housekeeper on floor, were very friendly. Breakfast was of good quality and value as a family. Parking right under hotel with direct access is a real bonus. We will be back!

Great location across the street from the Altstadt. Very clean and modern room Elevator very helpful. Kudos also to the staff for sending an extremely detailed explanation of parking options and access to hotel entrance. That was the BEST i have ever experienced.

The staff is really friendly and the hotel was very clean. It’s located right in the center, but still very quiet to sleep. There is a free mini bar with soda’s and chocolate snacks, nice towels and a bathrobe and slippers for the sauna. The bed was also comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Conveniently located just 300 metres from Aachen Central Train Station, this stylish hotel enjoys a central setting in the Old Town. It offers a lounge area and spacious accommodation with free WiFi. I had to change the date of the stay. The staff called me and were totally understanding. I was so impressed by how kind and understanding they were.
