She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Voilá Centro Histórico has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Cartagena de Indias. The property is close to Cartagena's Walls, Palace of the Inquisition and Bolivar Park. Everything was perfect until the last night of my stay when the front desk clerk decided to tell my business of who I had coming and going to another guest I was entertaining tried to charge me for another occupant which I had already paid for in my initial booking. He was very unprofessional and caused me a major inconvenience it wasn’t his place to disclose who I had visiting to anyone
