Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. Our room was modern, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff was prompt and helpful and the facilities were easy to make use. The location in the French Concession is also great, a very walkable part of Shanghai with beautiful architecture all around. Breakfast was a little bit pricey but had many options and was overall very tasty.

El Twelve at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, está ubicado en Shanghái, en Hengshan Road, a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Hengshan Road. Great, stylish hotel with a beautiful courtyard and great facilities (swimming pool, gym, roof terrace). I injured my knee while staying and the hotel staff was super helpful, lending me crutches and helping me in various ways. Thank you so much!

The location is at the center of Shanghai which gave easy access to a lot of tourist attractions. The room looks and feels clean w/ everyday room cleaning service. Food is sublime.
