Staff were friendly and also mindful of our requests. Upon entering, I was met by Sanja l, the receptionist who booked me in and was very pleasant. Up to the 4th floor to my room in a tiny elevator with my golf clubs and backpack. My room is comfortable with a large bed and all the amenities you could possibly need for a 3 day trip. Downstairs in the restaurant, I was met by Adriana, who served me my food and drinks. The next night, there was Alpha serving. Great hotel. I will be back for my last night in Zurich.
