Built in 1909, La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich has been hosting an international clientèle for more than a century. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was made to feel welcome. Whenever I had an issue of booking a train or places to go, the staff completely went above and beyond for me. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent in my whole life! When I visit Zurich again, this hotel will be one of the main reasons!

I was impressed with the details of the hotel in all aspects, in terms of interior décor, cleanliness and the speed of reception response, especially the location of the hotel as it is facing the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the service providers were very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. View of the lake was great. Close to the old town so good for access to that.

Hotel Europe is located right in the middle of Zurich’s lively Seefeld quarter, a few steps from the Opera House and Lake Zurich. Free Wi-Fi is available. The location is amazing. A beautiful looking hotel very near to the center. The entire staff is very helpful. Noya who is working at the reception is very diligent. Employees like her are a great asset to any organisation.
