Located 20 metres from the shores of Lake Maggiore in Minusio, Osteria La Riva offers a room with a balcony and lake views. The restaurant serves traditional and international cuisine. Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

Boasting lake views, Casa al Sole - Bellissimo appartamento con terrazza e vista lago features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 1.6 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. Nicely located in the community of Minusio. Travel to Locarno and elsewhere was easy as there were two convenient bus stops to choose from to get us there. The apartment was bright and sunny with large windows to let in the breezes. Communication with our host was easy and he was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, there was a floor fan which was nice, and the apartment was nicely furnished. There was a bakery in the next building which added to the fun. The balcony had a view of the lake, we enjoyed morning coffees and quiet evenings there.
