In a quiet location in the centre of Lausanne, only a 2-minute walk from the main train station, Alpha-Palmiers by Fassbind is surrounded by a tropical garden and offers 2 restaurants, a sauna, a... handling 2 kids on my own during check in, and reception were really helpful! even send my luggage to the room personally. room is huge and clean. the property is very welcoming too. near to train station. many cafes around.

Situated 150 meters from Lausanne's main railway station and only 5 minutes' walk from the city centre, the Hotel Victoria offers you very tastefully and uniquely furnished rooms. The hotel is very charming....the decor is vintage which goes with the name ! My room #402 was modern and very comfortable. The AC worked like a dream. Special mention to Virginie and Adriano (hope I have got the names right) were so friendly, chatty and extremely helpful. The ironing room on the 2nd floor was very convenient and while the room does not provide tea service in the rooms, one could get a kettle on request. The location of the hotel was very central and I will definitely stay there if I visit Lausanne again.

Great location, nice room, I wanted to do late checkout and would have needed to pay 30.- extra, which would have been fine for me. The kind receptionist didn’t charge me and that was very nice from him.
