The hotel is attached to a restaurant and theater. it was awesome to stay! i would stay other Le Capitole hotel in different locations. The hotel is nice and modern with good lounge spaces off the lobby which include wine dispensers to easily grab a glass of wine and relax. The room was nice and modern, very clean and a good size. The hotel had chocolates and a welcome note waiting for us in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We were staying over Christmas and they also left treats for us that day when the room was serviced, which made Christmas even more special. The hotel is in a good location to easily access the lower old town, and is also a short walk up to the higher old town. We had a wonderful time in Quebec City and really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 71.

This hotel, created within two historic buildings, has rooms offering modern amenities while retaining the character of the past. In-room massage and extra services are offered. Staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean. Bed was so comfortable. We felt very welcomed, even though we were Americans. Ha! Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you!!

Set in the heart of Old Québec, across from Parliament Hill, this historic boutique hotel is 8 minutes' walk from the Québec City Convention Centre and other attractions. Probably one of the best hotel rooms (#53) Ive stayed in anywhere in the world. Huge room. King bed. 2 large arm chairs. Good TV. Electric fire place and AC. Large bathroom. The room was downstairs with a window onto a small courtyard. Ver quite. Location is PERFECT. On the edge of Old Town so an easy stroll to everything. Much better than closer to Chateau Frontenac where all the tourist busses are.
