This is my second stay in Studio Spiegelhof and it worked out perfectly. The space is very homely and comfortable, in a quiet, residential part of Ghent but within walking distance of the city centre and the main sights. There's a large supermarket close by and it's a short walk to the tram, which is helpful for getting to the rail station (though that's also walkable). The kitchen facilities were sufficient to prepare breakfast and a simply evening meal. I appreciated the bottle of wine and supply of coffee pods. Since I was staying more than a week, the host also left some spare towels, which was a nice touch. All in all, I had a great week and hope to return in the future!

Ghent by the water er nýuppgert gistirými í Gent, 1,9 km frá Sint-Pietersstation Gent og 43 km frá Boudewijn-skemmtigarðinum. A beautiful apartment. It was very clean, light and spacious. Quality furniture and comfortable beds. It’s much bigger than photos suggest! The location was perfect. All attractions in walking distance and the local bar, The Walrus, is a lovely, friendly spot for food and drinks. There is also a bakery on the corner as you exit the apartment building, which is great for bread, breakfast and pastries. We are two couples and we had a great time. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to explore Ghent.

Urban Gardens Gent er staðsett í Gent, 6 km frá Sint-Pietersstation Gent og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. Clean, amenities seemed quite new, enough space for a family of four. It was a little too chilly to use the outdoor space when we were there, but I imagine it's great in the summer! It was nice to go to a little nature after busy days of touristing.

Fred&Breakfast er staðsett í miðbæ Gent. Gistiheimilið er með sólarverönd og sjávarútsýni og gestir geta fengið sér drykk á barnum. Herbergin eru með flatskjá með kapalrásum. I had a lovely stay at Fred's guest house. It's a short walk away from the heart of Ghent and there's also a tram station very close to the house, leading to both Sint-Pieters Station and city centre. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with a nice view on the Coupure. Fred is really friendly and thoughtful, he takes time to know better his guests and to have a chat with them every morning. It's a perfect place to stay and enjoy this wonderful city. I hope I can be back soon!
