Mr Filip personally served us breakfast for two in a cute little corner of his foyer room. Fresh orange juice and baked goods and stellar meats. Prosecco for breakfast!? Sure why not! Just cross the street and a 4 min walk you’re in the hustle bustle of Bruges.

We were offered beer or wine in the garden on arrival and given the loan of a Bruges guidebook. The breakfast was superb, with a wide choice that was unexpected given we were the only guests. There was off-road parking (but on-street parking would not have been a problem anyway). 20-minute walk into Bruges.

Good location, free parking, code access (late arrival okay). The owner is communicative and very friendly. Honestly it's just a wonderful place for a weekend away in Bruges.

Very clean room, very very good breakfast, kind people managing the place. I and my family really satisfied. I highly recommend here.

One of the nicest holiday experiences I have had. We felt at home. Lovely breakfast. Our privacy was respected but we received generous help whenever needed. Would recommend the place without hesitation.

Quite and relaxing location, well connected to the city center and train station. Few minutes by walk to the football stadium. The host is always available to help, I really appreciate the fresh coffee at arrival and the support during the stay! Choose this place if you are in Bruges, it's simply PERFECT.

What we liked the most was the great treatment of the owners and all the facilities, even recommendations, that they kindly provided to us.
