Upon arrival I was provided guidelines towards keeping safe in the city. After checking in, I was shown all the rooms to verify that the room booked was best for me. On my first full day, the hotel organised a staff member to spend the day with me, show me around, and teach me the way of life in Dhaka where they just asked for a tip. A shout out has to go towards the owner and chef. The owner provides the highest degree of security and service, I have never seen such great service. The chef was always around to talk and made the stay feel like I was a guest of their home rather than just a hotel. I will come back and I highly recommend others to come.

The room was of decent size with a balcony, fresh linens, and the bathroom had essential toiletries. What caught me off-guard was the customer service. Their service was above and beyond. Platinum Residence has a stellar team from the porter at the entrance to the receptionist. Saikat and Shahin from the front desk are a treasure to Platinum as they have tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I'll be back here for sure.

They were responsive and very fast to resolve any issue. In fact hotel service is open all 24 hours. I should specially mention about the Manager Rupok Bhai. He was very friendly, active, and helpful. According to budget I highly recommend the Hotel Civic Inn. Would love to visit again.
