Featuring a casino, a day spa and 20 bars and restaurants, The Darling at The Star is just 650 metres from Cockle Bay. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere in the world! Perfect location, great pool, exceptionally clean, every staff member went above and beyond what would be expected. We highly recommend and would stay there again, the location in Pyrmont was great, far enough away from the crowds but walking distance to Darling Harbour. Light rail stop on-site, what more could you want! We have been to Sydney quite a few times, this hotel made this visit very special, thanks to all the Hotel staff, particularly the housekeeping staff who were wonderful.............

I was travelling solo so happy to take one of the small rooms (clearly identified on site and in reviews). Had a small hotel feel with lots of nice touches from water on tap to artist in residence. Nice food and drink options downstairs. Staff was professional and personable.
