Very nice and big room, towel replacement and cleaning on a daily basis and great breakfast! The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Convenient location close to a metro station, reaching the city center in 10min. All in all, highly recommended hotel!

The 4-star hotel, the ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser is located opposite Vienna’s United Nations headquarters and the Austria Center Vienna, next to the Kaiserwasser pond with a bathing jetty. Great and friendly staff, extraordinary room ( free upgraded to suite), great breakfast and a good aperol in hotel bar. Everything perfect

Ağustos 2017'de açılmış olan ARCOTEL Donauzentrum Wien, Donauzentrum'un bir parçasıdır. Bu otelde her yıl iş seyahatlerimde konaklıyorum. Her hizmetiyle mükemmel bir oteldir. Hotel Donaustadt Kagran - at Metro U1, U1 Kagraner Platz metro istasyonuna sadece 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. My recent stay at this hotel was an exceptionally memorable experience, as it was not only a bachelorette trip with my maid of honor but also a trip during my sixth month of pregnancy. The hotel turned out to be the perfect choice for this special occasion. One of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. It is conveniently situated right next to a metro station and a Spar market, making it incredibly easy to access everything we needed. Additionally, there is a lovely restaurant in close proximity, which added to the convenience. Initially, we were hesitant about booking this hotel due to its somewhat dated interior. However, we soon realized that it was indeed the right decision. The charm of the hotel, combined with its exceptional service, more than made up for the older décor. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and hardworking, many of whom are from the Balkans. Their warmth and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. A special mention goes to the beautiful blonde lady working in the restaurant, whose kindness and attentiveness stood out. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, providing a wide variety of delicious options to start our day on a high note. In summary, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay during a very special time in my life. I highly recommend it to anyone.
