Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location was very good, a fair walk to the city center but in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

The family-run Hotel Alter Telegraf with a restaurant specializing in fried and grilled chicken is located at the foot of the Schloßberg hill, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town of Graz. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night and I want to say that the room is very big and the bed is fantastically comfortable with some additional options to move the matras, the interior is a little bit old-facioned but nice.

Good powerful shower. Super quiet and cosy. Car park very handy. Super bakery for bread/ breakfast just across the road. Decent shopping centre 5 min walk.

Communication was prompt and easy. We've requested a cot for our little one that was set for us upon arrival (even though it was a last minute booking) - which was a great help for us. The flat was well equipped, cosy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was quite spacious - perfect for families with little kids. Best of all was the free parking spot just across the street. Located in Graz, near Graz Clock Tower and Graz Town Hall, Pleasant City Apartment is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and tennis court. This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

**Modernes Apartment in zentraler Lage** is set in the Geidorf district of Graz, 1.7 km from Graz Town Hall, 1.7 km from Cathedral and Mausoleum and 2.3 km from Graz Opera House. I really enjoyed my stay in this newly renovated apartment. It was very clean, everything was brand new and there was everything I needed. The apartment also has a nice balcony with a view of the greenery. The location is also very good, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. With a bike that I borrowed, it was even much less. Host Julia was also very helpful and nice. My final note is definitely 10 out of 10.

In the Geidorf district of Graz, close to Graz Town Hall, ARTLIVING Apartment-Top 3 Self check-in features a tennis court and a washing machine. Perfect stay if you don't want to be super centrally located, great communication, parking, facilities... The only thing you should take in consideration is that the trams are passing right by the flat so it gets noisy through the night when they do.
