Absolutely Clean and Comfortable. Very close to Palm Jumeirah and Downtown. The biggest attraction are the Uniforms which are super Elegant especially for the Hostess. Staff is very polite and Mr Tarek from the reception was so helpful. Got upgraded to Premium Room. The Steam and Sauna here is state of the art especially the machine in the Sauna room looks like a Speaker 😅 This was my second stay and I guess I ll keep coming here now

This property is exceptional, it is perfectly located next to the Mall of the emirates. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff are also very friendly and helpful, thanks to Maink. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Set in Dubai with direct access to the Mall of the Emirates, Aspen Chalets by Kempinski features a year-round outdoor pool and award-winning spa, SENSASIA Stories Spa. Breakfast was great with widespread of choices. The room was amazingly exceeded our expectations and it suited our family of 6 even though it was a connecting room. The services provided from the staffs at receptions, bellboys, housekeepers, breakfast servers and even the doormen was very welcoming and friendly.
