It had a pool that was open. It's just a little strange that staff had to let us in.

We liked the open floor plan on the first floor. We were not fans of the open floor plan where the beds are. We thought there was a full wall dividing the 2 sleeping areas and it is not. It's a half wall. The furnishings are nice and updated and the beds are comfortable, but very noisy and every time someone moves, it wakes up everyone.
The location is close to stores, restaurants and the highway.
The owners are very nice.
The bathrooms are a nice size and plenty of hot water for showers
The owners left us delicious muffins for breakfast, coffee and creamers.

Don't go to this hotel if you are african american or hispanic. They lied on us and said we broke a screen window and were smoking My husband and I would never do such things. As we are responsible people and definitely do not smoke. They also have their alarm clock set to a half an hour Behind to make you think that you have time to check out when in fact , you would be A half an hour late checking out if you go by their clock.

Convenient access but the room smelled musty and moldy.
Convenient access but the room smelled musty and moldy. The room needs a new carpet. The musty odor was overwhelming. Were I staying more than one night, especially at the price they charged, I would have demanded a different room.

It was just an overnight stay on my way home from Maine to northwestern Pennsylvania. It was a nice accommodation and I was pleased with it. It was convenient to the Massachusetts highway- getting to and from the hotel was easy.

We stayed there during a pandemic and I understand there was no mask mandate but it would have been more comforting if All the staff wore masks.
They did not clean by our room every day and we had to ask for clean towels.
It’s a little disappointing considering the price.

Free parking, located in a quiet place, bed was confortable but sheets were dirty and stinky, I couldn’t sleep the first night until I sprayed perfume and removed all covers only to discover a blood stain 😞 I was in room #227 you can look for it and for sure same bedding will be there very very small pillows but confortable

I like the quietness, and the room was decent.
I like the quietness, and the room was decent. I didn’t like that some of the laundry like towel and wash cloth and bed spread had permanent stains on them after they were washed. This stuff needed to be thrown away not given to guess.

I have stayed in West Springfield many times. Sometimes, in order to pay less, I have stayed in hotels in a part of West Springfield that does not feel entirely safe. I think that the extra that I payed for this location was worth it for the peace of mind. I also liked the walk in shower. The doors on the shower had very sustantial hardware and worked perfectly; this is not always the case with such things. The breakfast was good. The sausages were very nice and the coffee was pretty good; a surprise. I will stay here again.
Breakfast was better than anticipated. Cleanliness/maintenance could be improved. Fireplace didn't work in 1st room and the grate/surround very dirty. Floors filthy with fine dust. Noticed when walking in bathroom and shoes left footprints. Coughed and stuffy nose while there. Staff very nice and helpful. Location very convenient to highway, restaurants, etc.
Everything was clean. Check in / out was fast. Everything was clean. The only thing I did not like is that due to the covid-19 problem there was no breakfast, but it is not the fault of the Hotel. It's understandable. besides that everything was clean, quiet, attentive and excellent service
I liked them having waffles available for breakfast instead of pancakes.
The bed and pillows were firm and comfortable.
SInce they were working on the elevator, the hotel wasn't crowded.
The hotel is located near stores I was familiar with and felt comfortable using as if I were at home.
It was spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. So much better than a hotel room for a family. Our host, Christine, brought fresh muffins ove when she dropped off the key. They were delicious and it was a nice touch. It was nice having a full size table for meals and kids’ homework, too.
terrible. I made the reservation and 15 minutes later I changed the day. When the date arrived, I arrived at the hotel and they didn't accept it. I had to pay again and even more expensive.
We selected this hotel for the waterpark for our grandson but it was only open Fri. Sat, and Sun. Also $10 per person for guests is a lot when you factor in room cost. Just my thoughts.
