The free airport shuttle to and from Arlanda wasn't on-demand as we'd expected. Instead, it ran every 30 mins and the receptionist wanted to know in advance what time we would want to take it, to ensure it would have space for us. But once we understood this, it was fine. There was a desk & some mains sockets in the room. The price for the room was good. The sheets & towels were clean, as was the shared bathroom. There was free coffee at reception. We liked that we could arrive in the middle of the night.
