Exactly like in photos. Stylish, clean, warm, has all you need. We specifically chose this location to have a short trip to Tarnowskie termy. There is not much in the area, but we had a car, so no problem for a short ride to the shops and restaurants. There are treats for the guests and choice of tea, sugar, salt. A code lock makes a check-in very easy. A separate thanks for some games and puzzles for the kids. Everything in the apartment is well thought out. I highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The staff in this hotel is absolutely amazing. They are very helpful and attentive. I had a problem as I booked the room for only one night however I was sure that I booked it for two nights. The choices for breakfast were exceptionally good. We also liked the layout of the lounge, bar and reception. The staff were all very friendly and professional and appeared happy at their work. Also, the location of the hotel was excellent being so central. The shower pressure was particularly good and there was always hot water.

It’s a dream for anyone with an interest in modernist/brutalist architecture. Excellent proximity to the Old town and all it has to offer. Close to tram stops. At the time of my stay, it was very quiet in the hotel which was relaxing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular when the key wouldn't work in our room. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The restaurant in the evening was a little expensive, but the food was an excellent quality. The selection of food for breakfast was extensive and again of excellent quality.
