Great location, directly on the beach, rooms were clean. Pet friendly, that is a big plus. On a windy nights you can fall asleep with the sound of waves crashing on the beach, for me that was amazing. Hotel is directly across a big store and quite close to the town centre.

Perfect for families with children, dog owners and people with mobility problems. Not so perfect if you're a nightlife person. :) Tiny quiet village, 15th century church, (souvenir) shops, plenty of cafs and eateries, very wide beaches. Zouteland is just your basic run of the mill seacoast town.
Zouteland is just your basic run of the mill seacoast town. There's some touristy shops, your typical fish'n'chips shops and a few actual nice restaurants. Everything is very geared towards tourists and people in holiday homes. It doesn't feel as if there's a lot really authentic about it anymore. We were there in november and it looks as if 70% of all houses were empty, lots of stores closed etc. Having said that: it's a basic and nice little town. There's enought parking spaces, the people are friendly and the Noordzee+beach is always nearby!PaulineNetherlands

The beach is opposite the hotel but with quite a steep walk over the dunes, once there you will find a sandy beach and a beach cafe. The small town is about 10 to 15 minute walk with plenty of bars and shops to while away a hour or so! Nice location to explore this part of the coast and nearby towns.

The house was clean, had towels and bedlinnen. There were even flowers when we arrived. A lovely gesture. Parking is an issue in Zoutelande but the owners let us use a permit which allowed us to park for free a few streets away from the property. A great location for enjoying a beautiful part of Zeeland.Preben
