worst hotel, the staff (especially the hotel manager Valentino) were very rude and not helpful at all, I had children under 1 year old and they charged for the children but the rooms were the same as everyone else's. No cot. The staff was Islamophobic. You did not receive any information that you would book breakfast upon check-in. After that the breakfast was limited and when something ran out they didn't refill.

Lovely place in a lovely area. The food was excellent and the staff was lovely. They went above and beyond to fix a dinner for us, when the restaurant was closed.

3 mins walk to the station, which is the key factor for traveling around (Amsterdam Center 15 min, Den Haag 1 hour, Zaanse Schans 20 min, Schiphol airport 20 min, etc). Quit place away from busy Ams. Store right in front of the hotel where we found good alternatives to the hotel breakfast.

The location, both rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly and obliging at all times. Being able to store our baggage for free was a bonus. The wellness area was clean and a welcome asset to our days after walking for hours!

The property is amazing. It’s spacious and all staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. It’s got a lovely lounge where you can have cakes coffees / drinks (cakes are 10/10). The rooms are very nice too. The restaurant is lovely, but in my opinion the variety of food isn’t that great. The spa is also very nice, however it seems that the jacuzzi was not working when we went. So we didn’t get to go in the jacuzzi. But the pool and saunas are very nice.
