The location is absolutely fab for exploring Sliema, I’d recommend adding pool club access if you want a chill day but there’s also a pool on the roof!

The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants, shops and bus stops nearby.
Breakfast was the same every day, but there was all kinds of food (salty, sweet, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, eggs). Eggs are fried there as you ask for them.
The bathroom is large.
The wi-fi also worked well.
They came every day to clean.
The apartment is fully but sparely furnished. It feels like a place that one has just bought but not fully moved into. But when travelling, one doesn't need more than a place to sit, sleep, and to make coffee and breakfast. In that sense, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, crockery, flatware, and cutlery. There are also other necessities, such as feminine hygiene products, and baby requirements - and children's books. We don't have small children, so that was not a consideration for us, but it is a charming detail. So, as we say, the apartment is fully functional. Also, when we arrived at the street, we had a bit of difficulty distinguishing the right address. When we sent a text inquiry, the owner called immediately and guided us to the door and to the opening of the lockbox.

Handy for buses and taxis,
A bit hilly in places, for me a bit of a trek for my bad knees but take your time rest and carry on, nearby the promanade where there are restaurants, bars, pleasant walks etc.

I liked the location and the night shift staff help and friendliness.
But the day team is really bad and do not do their job properly.
They do not give the same facilities they show you on website and online.
Water flow is really bad for all the showers and taps when you come back from a long beach day!!
although paid for the swimming pool facility they do not offer you the pool asking extra money for the family.
Very bad comparing to price we have paid.

It's easy to reach other locations from Gzira by bus or ferry. City itself is not super beautiful, it has a nice coast but architecture-wise it's a lot of everything but other cities were way more beautiful. But the positive side of this is that it's cheaper to stay there as in other areas.

Il-Gżira charms visitors with its scenic waterfront promenade, The Strand, offering stunning views of Marsamxett Harbour. Independence Gardens provide a tranquil oasis amidst the urban bustle, while Duck Village adds a quirky touch appreciated by nature lovers.
Getting around Il-Gżira is convenient thanks to its compact size and accessible transportation options. Walking is ideal for exploring local attractions, while public buses and taxis offer easy access to neighboring areas and tourist spots.
While Il-Gżira has much to offer, visitors should be mindful of crowded areas along The Strand, especially during peak tourist seasons. Exercise caution against pickpocketing in crowded spots and avoid swimming in unauthorized areas for safety reasons.

Well connected local area, easy access to eveything.
Well connected local area, easy access to eveything. Ferry to Valetta very easy, regular busses. A nice waterfront and you can walk in different directions and see so much.
We had lovley weather, not too hot.
Modern new hotel, large rooms with kitchenette and balcony, modern furnishings, overall a really great feeling. Facilities include a rooftop pool with superb views over Valletta and underground pool with sauna and a very well equipped gym. Weather was capricious so i spent quite some time in the spa. The hotel is close to bus stops leading into Valletta or St Julian , there's also a direct bus to the airport, but plan ahead and keep in mind that moving around the island at rush hour can be a challenge
we have been coming to one of the hotels of the ST group since 2015. We have had no complaints all those times. This time we were in the bayview hotel and it has been beautifully renovated, rooms, showers were neat and clean. Big👍 for the cleaning crew everything was neatly done, breakfast was also fine as a Dutchman I thought the choice you had was fine ... next year a trip to Malta is of course on the program and then we will definitely go to a hotel of the ST group again ...
The appartment is exactly as seen in the pictures, clean, newly furbished, spacious, comfy big bed, clean bed linen and towels, quiet neighborhood.
Excellent location to access bus stop to Valleta and any other location (6 minutes walk). You will find a 24 hours open convenient store near the appartment. The host was very helpful and responsive to our messages.
We would visit Malta again and we would book the apartment again. Thank You!
We liked that the sheets, cutlery, towels and the bathroom were pretty clean and that the kitchen had a couple of nice facilities that we could use: the oven, the Coffee Machine, the water boiler, the fridge. All facilities were functioning very well, inclunding the air conditioning that is an absolutely must in the high temperatures of Malta's August.
The location was as well a very good one and we were pleased with it.
We are a couple and we got a big room.
Located very closer of the main street from Gzira which is full of restaurants, bars.
We enjoyed almost everything. We had a coffee machine in the room and daily we were supplied with 2 coffee capsules, milk and sugar.
We stayed 4 days and daily the bin has cleaned and the bed folded.
We had spa and pool but we never been to them because we wanted to visit Malta.
The location of the hotel was super cool, cause it was very central with nice cafes, bakeriew and super markets around. The distance to public transportation was just a few meters away and a 15 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to the city of Valletta. The breakfast was super, with lots of choices, great coffee and friendly staff. The room was spacious and the bed was ok.
A nice new hotel, fresh smell. Good sound isolation of the windows - even if nearby construction is going on, when you close the balcony, virtually no disturbing sounds. A generous selection of food for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good connection to other places in Malta, as the bus stop is probably some 50 m away. Good vicinity, as many cafes and restaurants nearby.
The hotel was clean and comfortable with very friendly, nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to the guys in the kitchen, the housekeepers and the girls at the reception. Also very thankful to Lara.
The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Should we visit Malta again it will be definitely this hotel.
Thank you

I liked the fact that the images on booking.com reflected exactly how the hotel looked in real life.
Great selection of food for breakfast, hot cold and pastries. I enjoyed the rooftop where you could chill in the sun and the hot tub. The pool of the hotel was great, a beautiful sun trap and overlooking the sea.
Excellent location, less than 50m from bus stops from which you can reach each part of Malta. Excellent breakfast, variety and choices for everyone. Room with side sea view offers great opportunity to watch sunrise over Valletta. Hotel staff reliable, fast responsive on each request, warm and welcome. Very clean.
I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Everything was very well thought out for a wonderful holiday, Adrian was very attentive and gave a lot of tips on spending time in Malta. I sincerely recommend QLiving Central New Apartment
The hotel is located in a lively area, with restaurants. The room is nice but we got a view to a construction site and in the morning at 7 AM, it become noisy. The view from the restaurant where the breakfast is served (9th floor).
Great location for city break to explore Malta.
Very fast check-in and check-out.
Hotel stored our luggage free of charge because we had late afternoon flight so we could enjoy our last day.
roof top with superlative view , swimming pool in front of the hotel is a very nice structure, very clean hotel and helpful staff ,excellent position to visit Malta
Everything about this hotel is outstanding! Great location, breakfast, cleanness. Stuff was super helpful! Would definitely recommend people to choose this hotel.
I loved the room, it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was my second time in the hotel and I returned since the first stay was very pleasant.
Almost brand new hotel, so all the new equipments and facilities. Great location Gzira easy to reach to any location in Malta. Nice indoor pool and Spa.
