The rooms are in the nice colorful house and have a small terrace in the front. The room itself was big enough and clean. Specious bathroom with good shower. I specifically liked the powerful hairdryer, which is exception for the hotels. There is no reception, but it doesn't bather you as the communication with the host is very easy. There is a parking place, which is important for this area if you travel by car. The location is very good, just at the start of pedestrian area of the city.
Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV.

The staff and the location. Paolo and his colleague went above and beyond, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, kind with travel logistics, exceptionally informative, and their input really shaped our group of friends getting the most from the trip.
The location of our rooms was amazing. Wonderful harbour views. Very convenient to the train, the town and the walking paths.
The rooms were very clean and beds comfy; a little more basic than some of the places we’ve been but it was perfect for what we needed.
We liked the Vernazza harbour, Monterosso old town, and Manarola (incl Volastra) views the best. Riomaggiore was the perfect home base, with reduced 3 day Cinque Terre cards (paid 41eur for fri/sat/sun) by purchasing thru the sustainability accredited accom.
We LOVED this holiday. A bit of something for everyone. You need to like steps!!! 😂

Conveniently located a short walk from the train station and steps from the Mediterranean in Riomaggiore. We were met at the train station and the family was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Would definitely return.

The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!
Hotel La Zorza is centrally located, conveniently close to Riomaggiore Station and the sea. The building dates back to the 15th century and was the home of a local sailor.

Beautiful Italian town with great restaurants and access to the rest of Cinque Terre.
It does suffer from over tourism with crowded towns and trains and the national walking trails were closed when we were there.

When we arrived, the key was not in the box outside the door. The host didn't respond! So, we made other arrangements. I couldn't believe it. I've never had a problem with a hotel or booking.com before this.

Very beautiful town a must see, however extemely high hills and steps, if you are not too fit it can be difficult to manage, there are other towns in cinque terre that are flatter and you can visit Riomaggiore for the day. There is basically one main street with shops and food area which are quite costly. As it is a small area it is very full of travellers so it can be a bit difficult to access some eateries and viewing areas.

Riomaggiore is quintessential Cinque Terre.
Riomaggiore is quintessential Cinque Terre. It is rugged and beautiful. It is a colorful, bustling fishing village full of friendly people and yummy restaurants, bars, bakeries, little shops, art galleries, etc. And it wasn't as overrun as Vernazza. We stayed on the harbor which I highly recommend. We took a sunset cruise that left steps from our accommodations. After visiting all the towns, it was my favorite, by far.

Riomaggiore was a lovely village to stay in.
Riomaggiore was a lovely village to stay in. I am sure all the towns in Cinque Terre are lovely to stay in. One needs to be a bit in shape to do the hiking or even ride the trains but is an adventure not to be missed! The scenery is spectacular.

Wonderful historic town and the trek options between the towns are a treat. The train also makes it so easy to travel to all the towns. We also did a boat trip from Levanto to see Cinque Terra from the beautiful blue sea. Just lovely, a real highlight. There are also lots of choices of places to eat that seemed quite economical.
The property is conveniently located on riomaggiore with parking and easy walk to the hotel. Then to walk to the station is only 5-10 minutes down the steps and you’ll reach a lift which brings you down to the station. Highly recommend this boutique b and b to any couple travelers. After a long walk sightseeing of the cinque terre, coming back to a hot tub in the room is the best. The big private balcony is a big tick to the list. Thank you the owners and staff of sunset line for all the help and excellent service during my stay. .
We have been traveling Italy two weeks, and among all the hotels,Bnb’s,Agriturismo-have to honestly say Lorenza guesthouse was our favorite stay. Genuine people are great when your traveling, and turkey she is one. Couple tips-let Lorenza know beforehand if you have big luggage don’t be like us and try to man the stairs, she will meet you at the station to help accommodate the bags, just give her a heads up. And be sure to wake up early to enjoy her croissants a focaccia with your balcony view!!Grazie Lorenza!
Lovely, comfy room with great facilities and in a fab location. Balcony with a view of the sea and hills. Very short walk to Riomaggiore station where you can take a train to visit other towns. Walking distance to the centre of Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre walks. The owners are incredibly helpful - even met us at the station when we had to pick up a piece of property we’d left behind. Lovely place and lovely people.
absolutely everything!! This is by far the best place to stay in all of Cinque Terre! From the communication and help arriving to the clean modern room with all its special amenities (complimentary mini bar, robes, multi shower heads, beach towels, etc.), to mention the views!!! also liked being in Riomaggiore for availability of late night meals and activity. Highly recommend!
Amazing location and view in whay I found to be the best of the 5 cinque terre villages. Lovely and helpful staff. In addition to an amazing balcony view there is an internal ladder to a rooftop patio. The shower was good. Unit clean. Espresso machine provided great espresso. Close to all with little walking but up one set of stairs. Simple but nice fish-themed decor. Clean.
This is a super cute apartment right in the heart of the action in Riomaggiore. Davide was great with communication and made us feel very welcome in the property. The steps leafing up the property are quite steep but the view over the street is worth it.
The accommodation was clean and well maintained, it was a great place to base ourselves to explore the Cinque Terre
With the apartment being directly on the main strip of Riomaggorie it definitely made it easy to get around and from town to town! It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the train station + the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable for 2 couples to stay! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Cinque Terre and would stay again.
This property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It has a large shower which was a nice change since most showers in Italy were very small. The location was convenient to the train station and all the restaurants, bars, and shops Riomaggiore had to offer. Roberto was an amazing and hospitable host.
It’s a good & spacious place to stay in for a quick escape in Cinque Terre.
Perfectly located in the heart of Riomaggiore, with few steps away from the Marina and <5mins walk to the station.
Christian, the host was very responsive and helpful!
In my opinion, the best location on the Cinque Terre. We cancelled our restaurant reservations, and instead had takeway on the terrace with our new friends from the three other rooms. Had a great time overlooking the magical view.
amazing place to stay in riomaggore! walkable to everything including all the restaurants, the marina, and the train to get to the other cinque terre towns. room was perfect for 1-2 people. i had such a great stay thank you again!
Everything is perfect. Leandro met us at the station. Explained everything and gave full information about cinque terre. The place is very clean, very central. Everything was just perfect. Thanks Leandro!
Close to the main street with access to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Like everywhere in Cinque Terre, it required lots of stairs to get to and from the apartment, but the location was great!
it was perfect location and in great condition! Ilenia was an amazing host with lists of information about the best things to do on the Cinque Terre! highly recommend!
Make it a point to meet the owner, Simone, down at his shop after you check in. A very nice man with indispensable information on the Cinque Terre villages.
