good for access to mountain bike trails and other walks in area. The River Keale walk from Ballydonoghue bridge to Darragh Bridge was was lovely but do not do in February when ground wet - far too muddy near river to be safe. We slid around for most of it.

Big open plan sitting room was great.

Big open plan sitting room was great. Beds very comfy with nice bed linen. Lovely to have fire. Cosy in evening. A few kitchen quibbles- Hob temperamental- front ring knob fault so switches off when turned to 3 not 0. Rear ring barely heats. No cheese grater. A few more utensils and a sharp knife would be useful.

Everything was perfect the accommodation was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable and the lodges are fully equipped and very spacious, the host was lovely and was helpful in recommending places to go in the area, (mountain biking for teens and adults The donner rail park with deer, playground, picnic areas and walks) , , 3 separated playground areas on site to suit all ages, toddlers to teens(basketball net so bring a ball) and a lovely forest walk not to long, We also traveled to killarney, Limerick and cork, for day trips and charliville was a short drive away with an aldi supermarket and we found a loverly place to eat called 'The four winds,' food and staff excellent, looking forward to returning next year, Thank you Niamh,

Lovely walking trails, very quiet and peaceful but not far from Limerick and Cork. Ballyhoura Mountain Trails close by for mountain biking or walking. The River walking trail is beautiful and has a very cute Fairy Village.
