The hotel was a one-night-stop on our way from Bulgaria to Italy and actually it was a very good choice - close to the highway and the airport, our room was clean and comfortable, the lady on the reception and the waiter at the restaurant were very gentle and supportive. The service at the restaurant and the food were OK. Definitely we'll be back there when travelling to Western Europe by car.

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and recently renovated with a nice interior design and aesthetic. The location is super central and perfect to explore the town. The staff were amazing, very helpful, knowledgable, polite and friendly, especially Mia at the front desk was exceptional and very hospitable! The hotel was generous as they were able to offer free drinks (water, soft drinks) from the mini bar and there is also a coffee machine!

The hotel was great, the restaurant for dinner on our first night was very nice and convenient. The buffet breakfast each morning was a fantastic start to our days.

All staff, without exception, were courteous and helpful with information. After I had been working for a while in the lobby, one worker even offered to prepare me a coffee. The breakfast was extensive, varied and tasty. Ample parking is located directly on the hotel site. Key tram lines are within a short walk from the hotel.
