Easy to find right next to E16 motorway. Just a short journey into town. Very friendly staff & nice continental breakfast selection. Comfy bed & great shower. Would stay again 🙂

Such a lovely little spot , unexpected beautiful garden views including the duck with its ducklings . We wish we had stayed longer , the town centre is only 5 mins walk away and easy parking outside the property. The hosts were very friendly and as we had to leave early left the breakfast the night before. We will try to return for a longer stay in the future.

Lovely Church and walk by canal and River. Great traditional cafe visit Chez Jules’s but remember to speak the Lingu Franca and try the salted peanuts with an oragina and Perrier for the real Francophile experience!

The cathedral is well worth a visit. We walked along the river Somme and that was very nice! As for the restaurants we recommend Le petit Bistro (15 Pl. Max Lejeune, 80100 Abbeville). Good beef, pommes and salad for a good price.

We stopped overnight on our journey south, went out for a bit of a snoop and discovered a historic town sadly decimated twice by world wars but sensitively rebuilt (twice) to be a lovely place to visit before continuing our road trip

Abbeville is a fairly small town with not much going on.
Abbeville is a fairly small town with not much going on. Restaurants shut early.
The river Somme runs through the town, and you can have a walk along it.
We chose this as a stop over on our way back to Calais. It was nice to see another town on our journey.

Not enough equipment in the apartment for three people.
Not enough equipment in the apartment for three people.
No internet information and no toiletries.
Not even soap to use after the toilet. Filter coffee and machine but no filters so unable to use it. Unable to use the hot rings as only one tiny saucepan available. Staff was hit and miss. The bar was open but no staff available to serve customers. I was sent by the receptionist to go to the restaurant and find the staff. She couldn’t be bothered to ring for me.

Abbeville is quite a small town but it is easy to walk around and visit the interesting sites - historic buildings and parks. The tourist office provides trail maps. The Boucher de Perthe museum and the Collegiale Vulfran are worth visiting. There are some good restaurants too - in particular we enjoyed an evening meal in La Corne.
Best thing about the property is the location, right in the center of this beautiful town. We loved the antique store right across the street. The city is a gem and the hotel made everything walking distance, seemed to be plenty of parking when I arrived. Friendly staff, friendly townsfolk, beautiful architecture, nice quaint stores. we also had a room with a view of the city center, what a great addition, will always remember the view. Only stayed one night, wish it was more, will be back for more sometime in the future.
Felt like walking into a palace; marvellous decor - individual and sympathetic to the building but not trying to be old, just wonderful and lovely, beautifully finished. Hosts were warm and welcoming. Breakfast in the courtyard was a rare treat. Loved every moment. Will be going back. Natalie and Xavier clearly love their home and have made it a beautiful, unique space. Xavier gave us loads of ideas on what to do so we really feel we got the most out of our stay in Abbeville.
It was an excellent establishment. Location is perfect for the journey I was undertaking and it was easy to find. The facilities were as expected with the added bonus of a discount from a nearby restaurant if one was staying in the IBIS hotel. I received a warm reception at the hotel, everything was explained to me, The hotel had made a special effort with its Christmas decorations. Breakfast was also well done and I did not have to rush.
A brilliant location, although we didn't really like the town. We love France but Abbeville was disappointing.
The hotel was very smart, very clean, nice bar with good seating, very nice dining room & staff. Our room was very neat, small, good bathroom but with a broken shower! that was annoying and the staff that day including the manager were not sympathetic or bothered. So best check these things before you settle in!
nice staff make you welcome , we have used this hotel many times over the last 10 years on our travels to France always a good place to start and finish a holiday as it is only one hour from Calais. the restaurant is always open which is a real bonus as not all hotels offer dining at weekends, and the food is always good.
A delightful studio apartment with little terrace overlooking the stunning gardens. The owners made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful with recommendations. There’s a handy supermarket just across the road. Abbeville is very well situated for easy access to the coast and Amiens.
Handy for motorway as on home to UK. Plenty of space for four of us and privacy to sit out and have a last glass of wine in France under the trees as the sunset.
Lovely well equipped kitchen so we could cook for ourselves as Coeliacs we find eating in France very difficult
Les Myrrhophores is a hidden gem in the centre of Abbeville. The property is stunning combing a mix of historic features mixed with modern convenience. The host Eric was most hospitable, providing local knowledge and the most amazing breakfast. Would love to return again.
We needed a quick cheap stop on our long journey to the south of France - this was perfect. The rooms aren't large, but the bed was comfy, the shower was decent and the WiFi was good. For the price we paid, it was exactly what we needed.
Central location in Abbeville. Good standard of clean, typically corporate style of furnishings but of very good quality. Restaurant provides an excellent menu and the food is exceptional.
The location was perfect for getting to Calais the next morning after a very long day driving from the South of France.
Perfect place to stay with dogs as there are extensive gardens.
Very clean with very comfy bed. Very pet friendly. A nice cosy restaurant. Good breakast. Don't be put off by the exterior of the hotel - it's very nice and spotlessly clean inside.
