This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views.
We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem.
The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb.
There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

Los Christianos is a tourist village full of tourist shops and restaurants which cater for the, mainly English, tourists. We were glad to stay at the end of it so it was relatively quiet but if you want to go for hikes and nature...look for another village/town. Beds are fine. Cleaning service is good. Interior styling is a mix of outdated and new. Staff is helpful when needed. Located at a 15 minutes walk from Los Cristianos and the beach. Not too much uphill. Parking was no problem in the street in front of the hotel. Location seems to be in the ‘English’ part of town: lots of pubs, English orientated restaurants and Indian restaurants.

Room seemed a bit worn out and as a whole it was overpriced for what you got, a consequence of the high demand in that area and time of the year. Wifi worked generally well, except once when it was slow due to the high usage. The best part was the pool with its warm water, perfect for swimming. We had a 2 bed apartment which was more than big enough for a family of 4. Balcony was so big with 2 sun loungers and patio set which was lovely to sit out on in the evening sun. Full time life guards at all the pools. (Big shout out to Victor the best life guard you will ever meet). First time in this hotel and 100% will be going back.nickIreland
