Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

An excellent property close to ski slopes. The house is recently renovated, spotless clean and beautifully decorated. Our communication with the hosts was very smooth, they provided us all of the necessary information about the checkin and the property in advance, and accommodated our last-minute requests. There is an outdoor area (a little yard) with a grill, which would be fantastic in the summer.

This was such a pleasant surprise! We come to Chepelare often, but it was our first time in this hotel! Communication with the hosts was really smooth, the hotel is small, but has it all - even a lift and a garage for the car! Our room had a lovely view, it was impeccably clean and really comfortable. The bed was big enough and the pillows were soft and low, whereas in many hotels they are hard and too high. It was so quiet, so we slept really well. Food was also really good - better than in many of the restaurants in the town! Well done! We would come back.
