I didn't have high expectations of the rooms given that the accommodation is very old however was pleasantly surprised how clean it was and how comfortable the bed was. The block of chocolate as a thank you was a nice touch. The shower only has a curtain but it was new. If you are looking for a budget hotel then this is clean, tidy and in walking distance to the private hospital, tavern next door and shopping centre. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Always comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean. The Avo toast is one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten anywhere in the world. Make sure you add poached eggs!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was beautiful, the gardens are lovely, I stayed there purposely to go to Nissan Arena and walked there daily. Great little hidden gem.

The room is a great size and very comfortable, and the shower is terrific. The staff are great. Especially the reception lady on that time. She was outstanding because when we were unable to access the QR code to order a meal. She went out of her way to enable us to pay for the meal because we're exhausted from a long-day travel. It's a great value.
