Hook
This romantic country house with stunning gardens has a health spa, swimming pools and a tennis court. Set in 66 acres of glorious parklands, it is just 5 minutes from the M3 and has a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Very nice and classy place in the middle of the countryside. The room was gigantic. It easily contained the two queen beds and the space of a living room. Room and Hotel were very clean. The included breakfast was very good and had a wide selection. Food quality at lunches and dinner were also very good, but a bit pricey. The place is wonderful if you're looking for a relaxing stay. It has a lot of amenities and walkable areas around the building. Very immersive. We went there for an emergency stay in UK (missed flight connection, with a 11months old) and everyone around was very understanding of the situation and tried to help as much as they could.

I liked the friendliness of the guy that was working there when I checked in. He carried my bags all the way to my room. He showed me a couple of the nice in the house. And the bed that I slept in was very comfortable! It was very soft like a cloud and the pillow was nice and the blanket was nice and I slept so well. Clean. They were cookies there for me to eat. All together just a lovely stay. And the building was gorgeous.

The location is quiet and peaceful yet not far away from town. The staff were lovely..
What a peaceful environment loved how quiet and fresh the surroundings where
We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pub is in the countryside so quiet and peaceful. Booked the pub as a surprise for my partner for Valentines Day. The pub was nicely decorated and a lot of effort had been made. It felt like a special evening. The Valentines dinner was lovely and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Parking was included. We enjoyed it so much we are returning for 2 nights early April and we hope to enjoy the local walks.
The location was lovely, beautiful countryside, quiet and peaceful and convenient to the places we wished to visit. The weather was also perfect.
Travelled with an elderly parent and the comfortable and well equipped lodge was just perfect for our needs. Best of all (in fabulous weather) was the big, comfortable terrace overlooking the countryside from where we could watch and listen to all the birdlife and the squirrels and even a deer on one evening. It was also a perfect base for exploring the New Forest and the Dorset coast. The site (in mid May) was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The Warbrook House hotel is a hotel based in an old mansion in a quiet part of North Hampshire in the countryside near Hartney Whitney and Hook, west of the M3. The hotel has spacious grounds, is quiet, well located and comfortable with nicely decorated rooms. I had an upstairs front facing double of good size, and was warm, with en suite. Ample car parking to the side, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and good amenities. Would use again.
Incredible staff, grounds, comfort and luxury without airs and graces or snobbery that you find in some hotels. It's like going to a home from home (if your home was a grand mansion with staff) and they fall over themselves to pamper you and make you feel special. It's a real gem. Unpretentious, no influencers, cosy but extremely luxurious at the same time. Special mention to Lena in the reception, Richard in the lounge, and Wieskewa (so sorry if this is spelt wrong) who served us at breakfast and told us how much she loved the ducks.
Jane is a fantastic host with a beautiful home - I felt immediately welcome and comfortable. The room was spotless, the bedding and decor was exceptional and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The property is surrounded by countryside and is so peaceful that you can't help but relax. There is a lovely looking pub 0.5 miles away which serves food and the quiet roads and footpaths in the area would make great walking routes. I can't recommend it enough and will be back.
Once there the scenery was amazing. Beautiful animals roaming free in and aroud the property. Very quiet, peaceful and relaxing place, great for walking/rambling. The room, although small, had a really long deep bath with very luxurious toiletries. Velux windows to look at the night sky and stars and a very comfortable bed. The staff were very fiendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ample breakfast but we found the food and drink a bit on the pricey side. That could be because it is in the heart of the New Forest.
