Wow, where should I start? We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts are just so lovely. They really made our stay in Siem Reap even more memorable than it already was. They really made us feel at home. Mr. Khan cooked an amazing dish for us on our last night and it meant so much to us. We loved it so much. Leaving was quite difficult because for the first time in three months of traveling we felt a sense of home. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone!

Lovely spot, lovely pool and garden, rooms and outdoor space are beautifully decorated with genuine art. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The meals are great, home cooked and good value. The hosts are lovely people, very attentive and caring, they were above and beyond helpful and helped us organize our sightseeing. They have a tuk tuk driver at a reasonable rate, he is also lovely, he gave us cold water and cold cloths to cool off at every stop.

Situated in Siem Reap, less than 1 km from King's Road Angkor, Cozy Boutique Villa Siem Reap features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
