OK, it's hard to rate or compare this to another hotel. This is an experience unique to itself. The owner of the hotel built the bamboo bungalows himself by hand. The entire structure and furniture is all bamboo. The food was absolutely delicious and the owners are so kind and go out of their way. If you want a rustic experience and a chance to relax then this is your place. It has a shared bath area and you use a sistern full of water and a scoop to wash yourself and western style toilets. It has a great sunset on the 2 level structure out back. They have 2 bikes you can borrow to expore. This place allows you to emerce yourself in the local culture.

Boasting a patio with garden views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Cozy Paradise can be found in Battambang, close to Battambang Museum and 1.9 km from Colonial Buildings. There was a spacious quiet garden with bungalows well spaced for privacy. The staff were always available and friendly and helpful. The facilities exceeded expectations for the price and with a two room booking we had internal access to each other’s rooms and a lovely outdoor patio. The staff refilled water bottles in line with the sustainability rating and nearby adjoining property had meals and bar service available to customers of both hotels.

Delux Villa is an authentic wooden house which features an outdoor swimming pool and rooms with terrace offering views of the garden or pool. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and a small sitting room., which was very cosy. It had traditional Cambodian furniture and a useful fridge. We loved our balcony, which overlooked the pool. The pool was wonderful after a hot day of sightseeing. It was centrally located but peaceful and quiet - an oasis!
