The villa is fully equipped with everything you may need specifically in kitchen, very flexible checkin /out. The owner shared very useful information before arrival and much extra support. The pool was amazing, very good air-condition. Nice view, quite neighborhood.

Offering free WiFi and garden views, Kiriaki House is a semi-detached house situated in Paphos City. The property is 1.4 km from Kings Avenue Mall and 1.7 km from 28 Octovriou Square. Came with some friends for a cycling holiday in Paphos. Kiriaki House was the perfect location and Kiraki was most welcoming and let us store all our bike paraphernalia while we were out cycling.

Featuring a private pool, Villa Elina is 300 metres from Chlorakas Beach. It offers a fully equipped unit with spa bath and views over the Mediterranean Sea, the pool and the garden. We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

Traditional style property equipped with all modern amenities and a nice private swimming pool. Very comfortable and quiet and a friendly and helpful host.

Just 300 metres from Chloraka Beach in Paphos, Meltemi offers elegantly decorated villas with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Facilities, located with seaveiw, quiet, Bright, lots of windows, great clean pool, fantastic hosts, icecream- van. The Hosts could not do enough for us & were on call to help with all our requests.

Ideally set in the centre of Paphos City, Royal Townhouse in Center Paphos is a recently renovated holiday home, which features free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.

Aeon Residences - In the heart of Paphos is set in Paphos City, 1.9 km from Kefalos Beach, 2.2 km from Lighthouse Beach, and 2.7 km from Venus Beach. The panoramic view was stunning; the area itself central, but quiet; the elevator was a high light for my daughter; comfortable bed; nice photo books & family/ kids games; few great restaurants just around the corner; the location 10 out of 10!
